A person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty. When arrested, you have the right to remain silent (The law says nothing about the ability). Anything you say can and will be misquoted, misconstrued and used against you in a court of law. (Be extremely careful what you say and who you say it to.)

What is the purpose of a bail bond?
The purpose of bail is to allow a defendant his/her freedom pending the final disposition of their case, so they can effectively defend themselves against the charges brought against them. Bail also insures to the courts, by way of financial obligation, the defendants presence at all court proceedings in the case. We are not here to judge, our job is to bond people out and get them back to their jobs, friends and family.

What type of bonds can you handle?
We specialize in all types of bonds from traffic and misdemeanor to felony and domestic violence (DV) bonds.

Can you help me find legal counsel?
You have the right to legal counsel, if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you by the courts. We do not recommend any legal councel. (Remember 50% of attorneys graduate in the bottom 1/2 of their class, choose wisely)
